Mom's Connect
Directors: Denise Carson and LeAnna Fankhauser
We are a Titus 2 modeled small group ministry for women of all ages and stages of motherhood that meet once monthly for community, fellowship, and biblical teaching. Childcare is available during meetings with advance notice. To join our Facebook group, click the icon.
Women's Ministry Quarterly Events
Quarterly gatherings serve as an opportunity for fellowship and outreach. Meetings include a complimentary light meal, speaker, and worship. Meetings will begin at 6:00-7:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Childcare is available by reservation.
Lights of Hope
Director: Mary Jo Hill
A place for hope and encouragement for Mothers who have lost a child. Meetings are four times a year with dinner provided. Reach out to Mary Jo anytime at 828-243-0724.
Hope For Grieving Hearts
HELPING WOMEN HEAL
Director: Beth Gartner
A ministry for women searching for hope after the loss of a loved one or any loss that has left them with a brokenness that only God can heal as they put their trust in Him.
Discipleship
Women on Mission
Women on Mission prays for missionaries, missions, learns about current events in missions, and engages in missions projects.
Meets the second Monday of the month (except July) at 9:30 a.m. at the Crosswalk building.
Graceful Yarns
Graceful Yarns Prayer Shawl Ministry provides handmade lap robes for those in the hospital, nursing homes, and Hospice. They also provide hats and scarves for the homeless. If you knit, crochet or would like to learn, you are welcome to be a part of this ministry.
Meets the second and fourth Fridays of the month at 9:30 a.m.
Sew Blessed
Sew Blessed is a quilt ministry that makes hand-pieced quilts and donates them to local and international charities. Sewing experience is recommended.
Meets:
Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Monthly on the third Saturday at 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
